Who runs Jetready
- Jetready is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker.
- Jetready is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
- Jetready is not affiliated with Uber Technologies, Inc.
Estimates are estimates
- Prices, hourly rates, flight times and ranges on this site help you plan, and none of them is an offer.
- Real prices depend on the aircraft, operator, dates, route, fuel and availability.
Quotes vs bookings
- A quote doesn't bind you or us.
- You're booked only when you sign a charter agreement, which names the operating carrier and aircraft before you sign.
- Availability always depends on the operator confirming it.
Taxes and fees
- We quote all-in where we can: the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic US flights, segment fees and the airport and handling charges known at quote time.
- Day-of costs such as de-icing, extra crew expenses or catering changes are passed on at cost under the agreement.
Changes and cancellations
- Your charter agreement sets the rules, fees and deadlines.
- Empty-leg flights can move or disappear if the original trip changes.
Your part
- Give accurate details for passengers, bags and pets.
- Bring valid ID or passports for everyone on board.
- Follow crew instructions; the captain decides whether a flight goes.
Liability
- We arrange flights and operators fly them.
- As far as the law allows, we're not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by operators, weather, air traffic control, airports or anything else outside our control.
- Our total liability connected with this website is limited to direct losses, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.

- Link to us and print pages for yourself any time, but don't copy the site or its content for commercial use.
