Effective: 9 October 2026
In short: we ask only for what a quote needs, use it to plan your flight, share it only with the people who make the flight happen, and never sell it.
Who handles it
- Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Jetready.
What you send us
- Contact details: name, email and phone.
- Trip details: trip type, from, to, dates, passenger count and notes.
- How you found us: the referring page and campaign tags such as utm_source.
- Your yes or no to occasional offers.
What we do with it
- Price your trip and send options.
- Arrange the flight with the operator if you book.
- Send empty-leg and price-drop alerts by email, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Who sees it
- The operator that would fly you.
- Service providers needed to quote and book, such as ground handlers and email delivery, each limited to what the job needs.
- Nobody buys it: personal data is never sold.
How long we keep it
- Requests that never become trips are deleted within 24 months.
- Booked trips are kept as long as tax, accounting and aviation rules require.
Your controls
- For access, correction or deletion, ask Charter Jet One: reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form.
Cookies and tracking
- Only strictly essential cookies, if any, and no analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
- The form sends data only when you press the button.
Kids
- Jetready isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data; parents can list kids as passengers.
Updates
- When this policy changes, so does the effective date, and big changes get a note right here.
